Easter Tobogganing at Mendip Activity Centre – Easter Holiday Events

Saturday 5th April to Monday 21st April 2025. (Age 4-12) £8.50 – £15.

Half an hour tobogganing followed by an Easter-themed orienteering adventure. Set off on an Easter hunt around the activity centre and woodland! Use your Easter egg map to find the checkpoints and claim a stamp from each one. Once you have found them all, head to the Alpine lounge where all tobogganers receive an Easter treat whilst over looking our ski slope.

Plus, the Easter Bunny is hopping by to sprinkle extra egg-citement on activities like Archery, Air Rifle, Axe Throwing, Caving and more. Hit your targets, follow clues on scenic trails, discover deep-hidden treasures or simply enjoy the fresh air – add a sweet touch to this year’s celebrations with a little adventure!


Fun Things To Do Easter Holidays at ROAM Outdoors Activity Centre

• Take part in the Roam Ranger Easter Holiday Club – Tues 8th April, Thurs 10th April, Mon 14th April, Weds 16th April. £20pp.

Parents/Carers leave your children to explore and enjoy the woods. They can get involved in woodland activities individually or in small groups.

Along with the normal activities of the rope swings, slack-line, mud kitchen, Log-stacle Course and tree climbing. We may also do den building, marshmallow toasting, crafting, art and exploring the woodland environment with the children (weather dictates what they do).

There are hot and cold drinks available.

These sessions are for children aged 5 -11 years old. (year 1 to year 6 school aged children ONLY – ofsted does not cover reception aged children). £20pp.

Head to Cheddar Gorge this Easter school holidays, experience a one-of-a-kind egg hunt! Discover giant glowing eggs, dinosaurs, and ancient creatures illuminate the darkness in a dazzling display within Gough’s Cave. This fun and interactive trail will keep the whole family entertained.

Afterwards, join in the fun Easter arts and craft activities throughout the day.

The Trail and Easter crafts are included in the price of a day ticket. (Under 5’s are free)

Easter on the Farm at Somerset Rural Life Museum, Glastonbury

There are a whole schedule of Easter activities during the Easter holidays for children at Somerset rural Life Museum. Enjoy family friendly activities including an egg hunt, meet the bunnies and Somerset rivers arts and crafts.

These events or exhibitions are FREE with the Museum Unlimited Annual Pass, which means you pay once and it’s free for the rest of the year.


Big Easter Event at Wookey Hole

5th – 21st April 2025

Join in with an Easter egg hunt around the park. The witch loves to celebrate Easter at Wookey Hole. Every child will take home an Easter treat (included with usual admission prices). There are three circus shows a day as well as adventure golf, a 4D cinema and the caves to explore.


Countryside Crafts at Chard Reservoir LNR

Join a Countryside Crafts day where you’ll learn to make charcoal out of willow, build a fire out of bracken and you can have a go at toasting your own marshmallows. Then use your very own homemade willow charcoal to create a piece of art!

Learn a new craft over a hot drink and baked goods provided by the Chard Volunteer Group (CASH donations only).


Easter Bunny Trail - Glastonbury Wedding and Events

The Old Trinity Church, Godney, Wells, Somerset, BA5 1RX

Pick up your activity sheet when you arrive and hop off around the farm to see how many eggs you can count. Complete your activity sheet and work out the secret message that leads you to the Easter Bunny’s Burrow and a chocolatey reward.

There will be real life animals, the bunny train, a colouring competition and ride on toys in the play barn, along with refreshments including home made cakes and a licensed bar for the grown ups.

Tickets are £8.00 per person and include the trail activity sheet & edible easter themed reward. Under 2 go free.
