Cheddar Treasure Hunt Trail

Date: Throughout Summer

The hunt for cheesy treasure is on! With its ancient market square, famous limestone gorge and the promise of something yummy to pop on a cracker, the Cheddar Treasure Hunt Trail is calling out for dairy-loving detectives. Before getting a slice of the action, download your route PDF. It’s essential to working your way around the trail with handy hints and tips leading you to tasty clues all over the town. These will be craftily disguised on signposts, monuments and more, so you’ll need a bloodhound’s nose to sniff em’ out! The trail should take around 2 hours to polish off and begins at the entrance to Gough’s Cave, before winding through the scenic village streets. A trip here, however, would be wasted without a trip into Cheddar Gorge, so combine the two for a day full of fun. Say cheese!

We hope this blog has inspired you to go out and explore in and around Street with your little ones this summer!
